Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
1. Accounts
To use our services, you must register for an account providing a valid email address. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and you agree not to disclose your account details to any third party. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.
2. In-App Subscriptions and Payment Processing
Our mobile applications offer optional in-app subscriptions which grant access to premium features or content. These subscriptions are managed and billed directly by third-party platforms, namely the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the respective terms of service and billing policies of these platforms.
We do not process or store payment details such as credit card information. Instead, we receive anonymized confirmation of your subscription status (e.g., active, canceled, expired) in order to enable or restrict access to premium features accordingly.
All billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests must be managed through your Apple or Google account settings. We are unable to modify or cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

3. User-Generated Content
Users may upload media content to our Service. All uploaded content remains the intellectual property of the user. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive to others. Violation of this clause may result in termination of your access to our Service.
4. Modifications to Service
We strive to provide continuous access to the Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, including for maintenance purposes.
5. Prohibited Behavior
All activities that are illegal or harmful to others are strictly prohibited on our platform. Violation of this clause may result in termination of your access to our Service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Our services may include advertisements served by third-party vendors, including Google AdMob. By using our apps, you acknowledge and agree to the use of third-party advertising networks that collect data to serve personalized and non-personalized ads.
9.2 AdMob Data Collection and Usage

9.3 User Consent and Personalization Options
If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) or a jurisdiction where consent for data collection is required, we will present you with options to either accept personalized ads or opt for non-personalized ads. You can modify your ad settings within the app at any time.
9.4 Opt-Out of Ads Personalization
You may opt-out of personalized advertising by modifying the settings on your device or within the Google Ad settings page: Google Ad Settings.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
11. Refunds
All refund requests must be handled through the App Store or Play Store from which the subscription was purchased. We do not issue refunds directly.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the app for personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Eigenface Technologies LLC.
13. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
